As of April 10, 2022, a COVID-19 outbreak has been declared on an acute inpatient service unit (2300) at Woodstock Hospital. With consideration to the current outbreak, in alignment with several other hospitals across the South West region, Woodstock Hospital confirms the indefinite continuation of mandatory masking and COVID-19 screening for anyone entering the facility.

WH Takes Steps to Reduce Omicron Spread
In response to the concerning upsurge of COVID-19 cases associated with the Omicron variant and in efforts to reduce the risk of infection and exposure for patients and staff, Woodstock Hospital has suspended general visiting. In alignment with the reinstatement of Directive #2, the hospital will also be reducing its surgical services program in order to preserve hospital resources.
