Accountability & Performance

At Woodstock Hospital, we welcome opportunities to share performance measurements or “indicators” more broadly. We believe this is part of empowering patients to be more educated and involved in their healthcare.
There are several resources available to the public so that individuals may learn more about how their local hospitals are performing by reporting on patient experience indicators and data.
The Ontario Hospital Association’s www.myhospitalcare.ca was designed solely as a public education tool so patients and their families can become an active partner in their healthcare by learning more about Ontario’s hospitals. Click here to learn more through the Health Quality Ontario website.
The Health Council of Canada’s website is also home to several helpful resources for individuals with an interest in healthcare and health information. Click here for more information from the Health Council Canada website.
