Extremity X-Ray Preparations

PLEASE REVIEW
Patients MUST arrive 20 minutes before their appointment time. Patients arriving late may be rescheduled.
Please be aware that this is a “Fragrance Free” facility.
To cancel or reschedule this appointment please call 519-537-2381.

PREPARATION
– No restrictions on food or drink
– Continue your medications as usual
– Please bring your requisition and health card to your appointment

DIRECTIONS
Park in the front (north) parking lot, located off Juliana Drive and enter the hospital through the Main Entrance.

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm
– Check in at Diagnostic Imaging/Cardio Respiratory Reception on Main floor.

Please do not bring small children to your appointment unless accompanied by another adult.
