Introducing the CBORD Patient App: Meal Ordering for Patient and Families

At Woodstock Hospital, we are always looking for new ways to enhance the patient and family experience. In June 2024, we introduced the CBORD Patient Meal Ordering App, giving patients and families the option to order meals from their mobile devices conveniently. Now, we are making meal ordering even easier by integrating the CBORD app directly into our free patient TVs.

Order Directly From Patient TV

Starting Wednesday, August 13^th, patients will be able to order their meals directly from their hospital TVs. The TV will be linked to each patient’s individual dietary requirements, allowing for patient options to be customized to meet their needs. The CBORD Patient Meal Ordering platform offers a variety of meal options, each accompanied by a photo, allowing patients or their families to make informed choices.

Our Food Services staff will continue visiting patients for meal orders and will be assisting patients with how to use the TV ordering system.

Meal Ordering "How-to" Video

Lunch orders must be placed by 10:00 am and dinner orders by 2:00 pm. Patients and families can also preorder meals for the following day.

Download the App: Scan the QR code, search for “CBORD Patient” in the App Store, or visit patient.cbord.com/login.
Sign In: Enter your Date of Birth and Medical Record Number (on your wristband starting with WH).
Order Your Meals: Browse the customized menus, select your meals, and place your orders by the cutoff times (10:00 am for lunch and 2:00 pm for dinner).
