Parking

Parking for visitors is available in the lot adjacent to the hospital. A charge of $4.00 is required for each visit, and payment is made when leaving. Accepted methods of payment include Debit or credit cards (including American Express) and Google Pay or Apple Pay.

If you do not have a cashless payment method, you can visit the Cashier’s Office in the main lobby, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 to purchase a single-use parking ticket. After hours, please proceed to the Switchboard/Security Desk in the Emergency Department waiting room.

Along with visitors, our staff, management, and physicians also pay for parking. Parking funds are used for hospital maintenance costs, including snow removal and grounds maintenance, as well as equipment purchases.

We also offer weekly and monthly electronic parking passes. You can purchase the pass at the Cashier’s office, which is located to the left of the Information Desk when you enter our main lobby. You can also call 519-421-4215 Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm to purchase electronic passes.

Accessible Parking: Accessible parking is available in our paid visitor lots in close proximity to the building entrances and are visibly marked. There is also short-term accessible parking for drop-offs near the main entrance door off of Juliana Drive.
