Patients MUST arrive 20 minutes before their appointment time. Patients arriving late may be rescheduled.

PREPARATION
– No restrictions on food or drink
– Continue your medications as usual
– Please bring your requisition and health card to your appointment
– If possible, wear loose-fitting pants that can roll up to thigh or bring a pair of shorts to change into. Hospital attire will be available if needed.
