Suspension of General Visiting; Reduction of Surgical Services
Effective January 5, 2022, general visiting to Woodstock Hospital has been suspended in efforts to reduce spread of the Omicron variant.

Changes to Visiting Guidelines
Effective November 1, 2021, all visitors to Woodstock Hospital will be required to show government issued photo identification and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.

Updates to COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
Effective November 17, 2021, all staff, physicians, and contracted employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
Effective September 7, 2021, all staff and physicians are must be fully immunized for COVID-19 or undertake mandatory testing prior to each shift to verify negative test results.
