Woodstock Hospital COVID/CCFCC Assessment Centre Closing
The Woodstock Hospital Assessment Centre and Cough Cold and Flu Care Clinic has been an important resource for our community during the COVID pandemic with over 70,000 visits. The on-site trailer will be removed as a result of decreasing COVID prevalence. From the early stages of the pandemic, staff dealt with ever-changing guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety and care of our community – truly a testament to “we are in this together.”
With steadily declining numbers, and stable COVID hospital admissions, a decision was made to close the assessment centre and our Cough Cold and Flu Care Clinic on March 31, 2023.
Please note that COVID is still prevalent in our community. If you feel unwell, continue taking precautions to help limit the spread of respiratory ailments. If you are experiencing symptoms, please visit any of the local pharmacies listed below for COVID assessments.
