WH Takes Steps to Reduce Omicron Spread

In response to the concerning upsurge of COVID-19 cases associated with the Omicron variant and in efforts to reduce the risk of infection and exposure for patients and staff, Woodstock Hospital has suspended general visiting. WH Foundation 50/50 Jackpot Reaches $100,000.00

Woodstock Hospital Foundation’s December jackpot for their monthly online 50/50 Raffle has reached a record-breaking $100,000.00 prize. Proceeds from the 50/50 are used to purchase new medical equipment and technology for Woodstock Hospital's Diagnostic Imaging department and has already  led to major advancements in the hospital including the addition of a mobile fluoroscopy camera. Woodstock Hospital Updates Family Presence Guidelines

In conjunction with regional hospitals, all visitors to Woodstock Hospital are now required to show government issued photo identification and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. Necessary visitors who cannot provide proof of vaccination will be required to limit their visit to the patient's room only. Woodstock Hospital Implements COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

With the delta variant dominating COVID-19 case counts locally and across the province, hospitals and other high-risk settings have been directed to implement vaccination policies as of September 7, 2021.
